process facilitator
You need a process facilitator. I use my experience as interim-manager, consultant, trainer and coach. I work from a powerful theoretical frame (both from Transactional Analysis and from Tavistock (see CV)) so I can be an ethical and results oriented process facilitator for you.
Some examples.
A courageous conversation
In your team there is an undercurrent of ‘things’ that you do not seem to grasp. This undercurrent hinders the actual work. So it is time to really talk about it, and put the fish on the table. This can be a stressful forecast.
‘A group is more than the sum of its individuals’ is an important starting point for me. Members of a team deeply influence each other, more than they might be aware of. Hence it is a good idea to have someone from outside the team to facilitate this exciting conversation. I can be your facilitator.
Teamcoaching
Work together to realise the results agreed on. That is what you do with your team. If only it were this easy! At some points the team needs a stimulus to cross a certain line to ameliorate its performance. With a programme made specifically for your team, I enjoy helping you to take the next step. It is on the boundaries where development takes place!
Peer supervision
Such a delight to take time with other professionals to pay attention to ‘me and my work’. To reach peer supervision of quality, professional mentoring is helpful. Then peer supervision becomes a place for professional growth, genuine speaking out, sharing of relevant vulnerabilities. As a facilitator for peer supervision I help to dive a bit deeper and to communicate a bit more edgy (yet respectful!). This enhances personal and professional development of participants.
